Ghanaian singer, Sorakiss has come out to debunk rumours linking her light skin colour to the applications of bleaching creams.
Speaking to TV3 entertainment desk, the charming pretty queen who is also a presenter on one of the urban television stations in Ghana, 4styte TV narrated why she has a lighter skin colour attributing it to her heritage of mixed race.
Her father is British and mother, a Ghanaian, hence her skin colour is because she is half caste and not application of bleaching creams, which she does not believe in.
She called on advertiser using her image to market bleaching creams to stop as that is sending wrong signals to Ghanaians about her true skin colour.
The songstress also made mention of interest and attention slow songs are gradually getting on the market and how many people refer to listen to such songs when they are alone to help them relax and she very optimistic the industry has a brighter future.
